By using Passport Photo Tool ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service & Fees

The Service allows you to preview processed photos for free. To download the high-resolution, watermark-free version, a one-time payment of $1.99 per photo is required. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

3. No Guarantee of Acceptance

While we strive to produce government-compliant passport photos, we cannot guarantee that any government agency, embassy, or consulate will accept the photo produced by this tool. Acceptance is subject to the discretion of the issuing authority. You are responsible for verifying that the final photo meets all requirements before submission.

4. Your Responsibilities & Prohibited Content

To maintain a safe and professional service, the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Adult, sexual, NSFW, or pornographic content of any kind.
• Content that depicts violence, gore, or illegal acts.
• Photos that infringe on the intellectual property or privacy of others.
• Any content that is unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory.

You must only upload photos that you have the legal right to use. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if these guidelines are violated.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to rejected applications, delays, or loss of data.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
