1. Overview

Passport Photo Tool is a professional, no-login online tool that helps you create compliant passport and visa photos. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Your Photos

When you upload a photo, it is sent directly to Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS, Singapore region) for temporary processing. Your uploaded image and the AI-processed result are automatically deleted within 24 hours via COS lifecycle rules.

We do not store your photos permanently. We do not have access to view your photos unless you explicitly contact us for support.

3. No Account Required

V1.0 does not require any login or account. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identification information.

4. Local Processing

Face detection (MediaPipe Face Mesh) runs entirely in your browser. Your face landmark data never leaves your device — it is only used locally to check photo compliance and compute the crop.

5. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage (e.g., number of photos processed per country). This data is anonymized and not linked to you personally.

6. Third-Party Services

• Tencent Cloud COS & CI — temporary image storage and AI matting (Singapore region)
• Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions
• MediaPipe (Google) — in-browser face detection (loaded from CDN, runs locally)
